About

Rosie is based at her family home in Halstock, Dorset. She has access to 5* facilities; including a 35 x 50m outdoor arena, horsewalker, 400 acres of hacking and with her brother, Harry, leading racehorse trainer now based next door she has access to fantastic all weather gallops.
Rosie is trained by Great Britain's former Young Rider team trainer Emma Fisher, Angela Tucker and renowned cross country course designer Eric Winter.
Rosie represented Great Britain at the Young Rider European Championships in 2010 finishing 15th individually on a homebred and home produced horse.
Rosie started eventing when she was 14. She has had to start her horses from scratch and has now produced 4 horses to advanced/3* level, two of those being homebred.
Rosie’s first major win came in the CCI1* at Aldon in 2008 at 17 years old. She was reserve for the Young Rider team in 2009 and selected to ride as an individual at the 2010 Young Rider European championships in Pardubice, finishing 15th individually.
Rosie’s best results at 3* level came in 2012 at Blair Castle International where she finished 4th and 6th in the CCI3*.
Rosie continued to juggle her eventing around academic studies and graduated with a 2.1 in law from Exeter University.
Rosie’s top horse, Arise Cavalier won the CIC2* at Kilguilkey House (Ire) in 2017 as well as picking up a 2nd, 4th and 6th place at 2* level.
Augusta Firefly won the CIC1* at Chatsworth in 2018

Although Rosie has an exciting string of up and coming young horses she would welcome any new owners to join her friendly team. We offer a very personal service and each horse is very much treated as an individual, with all their needs and likes dislikes handled with care. Pondsmead Farm is a very professional environment with an excellent support team of grooms, vets, farrier, physios & onsite 24hr care.
Rosie would like to thank her very supportive owners and sponsors, Unicorn Saddlery, Polgreen Physiotherapy, Equine Products UK and Spillers horse feeds. They are all an integral part of the team.
